Scott Williamson, President/Chief Executive Officer
With 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry from Field Service Manager to President/CEO, Scott leads the team. Scott's experience stretches from retail product sales to commercial implementation of wireless networks to deployment of networks and services for EDS, Scientific Atlanta, Turner Network Services, ASTN and others. From 2003-2005, Scott served as Vice-President, Outside Operations for RedMoon Broadband, Inc., a pioneer municipal wireless network provider. Most recently, Scott has consulted on projects concerning new product and new market development. Scott's product vision led to the development
of the IntelliH2O® meter.
James Rice, Chief Operations Officer
James' extensive experience includes a career with GTE as Director/Business Operations where he was responsible for installation, invoicing and collection of over $500 million in annual sales, direction of 1200 technicians, management of 600 employees, a $22M budget, and sales of $80 million in service contracts.
In addition, James served as Executive Director of Economic Development for a North Texas municipality and
has been successful in numerous start-up ventures. James has a BBA/MBA in Management and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Scott Corbitt, Vice President of Operations
Scott is responsible for the development and deployment of products and services into the market. He is also
in charge of the development and management of customer experience and support process. Prior to joining Capstone, Scott managed the products portfolio for Verizon Wireless and the product development process.
He held a number of positions at Verizon in revenue assurance, project management, finance, and marketing.
Scott holds a BS in Business Management and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University.
Gena Jensen, Vice President of Communications
Gena has over twenty-five years of management/investor support and software training experience at companies including Southwestern Life Insurance, Atlantic Richfield (ARCO), and Placid Oil Company (Hunt Brothers).
She has also worked as an independent contractor for several companies completing software training and
special projects. She has handled all day-to-day corporate and investor relations tasks for Capstone since 2008.
Gena has a BS in Computer Science/English.
Will Carlton, Director of Software Development
Will is responsible for the development of Capstone’s suite of software product and services. Prior to joining Capstone, he was responsible for numerous development related activities within SAP’s Java platform (Net Weaver) and was a featured speaker and workshop leader at SAP’s worldwide technical conferences for a number of years. Will’s experience also includes 13 years of IT and development experience with GTE and Verizon where he was responsible for HR/Payroll and SAP data integration projects for the merger between GTE and Bell Atlantic. Will wrote his first program for the family ranch in 1979 to keep track of their commercial cattle herd and holds a BS in Agricultural Extension Education from the University of Florida.
